 You can place your order through our online shop! Just go to the menu at the top of the page, click on Orders & Inquiries, then select Shop & Order Now. You’ll be redirected to our online store where you can browse and complete your purchase. 

Cookie preorders open every week, and all orders must be placed by Monday at noon Pacific Time for pickup or delivery that same week. You can choose from available Friday pickup dates, unless a date is blocked. Pickups and local deliveries (with a fee) are available on Fridays from 12 PM to 6 PM.

We are always looking to expand offerings to cater to the diverse preferences and dietary needs of our valued customers. A: Yes, we do! We are happy to accommodate large batch orders for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions. To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask that you consider the following conditions:

• Advance Notice: Please place your order at least 2–4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and timely preparation.
   
• Minimum Order Quantity: A minimum order may apply depending on the product or service requested.
   
• Customization: We offer customization options (e.g., packaging, branding, flavors), which may affect pricing and lead times.
   
• Deposit & Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your order, with the full balance due prior to delivery or pickup.
   
• Delivery/Pickup Options: We offer delivery for large orders within a certain radius (fees may apply) or you may choose to pick up from our location.
