Welcome to SweetCure BakeShop! By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us directly or wholesale, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
General Information
SweetCure BakeShop is a small-batch bakery based in Lincoln, CA, operating under a Class B Cottage Food Operation license (CFO #PR0023602). We specialize in signature New York–style cookies and offer occasional bakes like buns, scones, and seasonal treats. All of our goods are handmade in limited quantities.
Ordering & Availability
- Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our online shop are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, payment authorization failure, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Payment Methods
We accept payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards processed securely through the Square online payment platform. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
- Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the weekly preorder schedule, cancellations or modifications can only be accepted prior to the Monday noon Pacific Time deadline for that week’s order. Requests received after this deadline may not be accommodated.
- Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the order was incorrectly fulfilled. If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue. Refunds will be processed after review and may take up to 7 business days.
- Pickup and Delivery
Orders must be picked up or will be delivered on the designated Friday pickup/delivery window from 12 PM to 6 PM. Local delivery incurs an additional fee as specified at checkout. Customers are responsible for collecting orders within the designated timeframe; we are not responsible for orders left unclaimed.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

Large Batch & Special Occasion Orders
We offer large-batch orders for special events, corporate gifting, and seasonal celebrations. All orders must be placed at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery or pickup. Late orders cannot be accepted. We require a minimum of 3 batches and allow a maximum of 6 batches per large order. These limits are subject to change, and you will be notified of any updates.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
We proudly offer wholesale pricing to approved coffee shops, restaurants, and market partners.
- Eligibility & Application
Wholesale is available to licensed businesses with valid resale credentials. To apply, email sam@sweetcurebakeshop.com with your business name, location, and resale information.
- Order Requirements & Payment
Wholesale orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. Orders are processed only after full payment is received. An invoice will be sent the same day your order is placed with instructions for payment. We accept Venmo, PayPal, and credit card. Orders without payment will not be scheduled or fulfilled.
- Batch Minimums
Wholesale orders require a minimum of 3 batches and allow up to 8 batches per order. These limits may change and updates will be communicated in advance.
- Delivery & Pickup Options
Delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our kitchen.
- $10 delivery fee within 0–10 miles
- $20 delivery fee within 11–30 miles
- No delivery available beyond 30 miles
- Pickup is free and available by appointment
- Pricing & Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing is confidential and subject to change with prior notice.
- Storage Responsibility
It is your responsibility to store and handle products appropriately once picked up or delivered. We are not liable for quality issues due to improper handling.
- Branding & Use
Our products may be sold under the SweetCure BakeShop name or unbranded upon request. Rebranding, altering, or repackaging our items is not permitted without prior written approval.
Cottage Food Operation Disclosure
SweetCure BakeShop operates under a Class B Cottage Food Operation license, which permits us to prepare baked goods in a certified home kitchen for direct-to-consumer sales and approved retail partners. Our kitchen is not subject to commercial kitchen inspections.
Allergen Disclaimer
All of our products are made in a kitchen that also processes and may contain:
Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, pecans), Sesame, Fish, and Shellfish.
We do not guarantee that any product is allergen-free. Customers with food allergies should use caution when purchasing.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, product names, descriptions, and images, are the property of SweetCure BakeShop and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
